Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program
Cerebrum aims to assist homeless and formally incarcerated veterans in achieving mental and residential stability. Further Cerebrum aims to assist these veterans into obtaining meaningful employment within the labor force, to increase their skill levels, and to eventually increase their income.
The mission of Cerebrum is to provide rehabilitation programs that are restorative, therapeutic, and seeks to assist individuals with empowering themselves with a mental fortitude to develop healthy lifestyles. Cerebrum focuses on building a positive thought process for clients who have succumbed to criminal, addictive, and harmful thinking. The program is established to improve quality of life and to assist the client to positively reestablish themselves and their families as a complete and productive unit in society.
The Military Veterans Restorative Justice Programs are developed with the intent of creating a place to heal the mind. Cerebrum will provide for outpatient and residential treatment programs. Clients may encounter services through self-initiation, referral, and civil or criminal commitment. CRC does not represent any state correctional department; however, the center will make an earnest attempt to work on behalf of the veteran to assist in a most favorable outcome with any programming that may be administered by a department for restorative justice.
Cerebrum has trained veterans assistance counselors who can assist veterans and their family members with federal and state benefits, including service and non-service-connected disability, benefits, compensation, pension, education, healthcare, discharge upgrades, and more.
Cerebrum aims to continue the fellowship of all brothers in arms who have given service to the safety and sanctity of these United States. Cerebrum
networks with several veterans’ organizations, such as the American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America, the Purple Heart Association, and others;
therefore, Cerebrum can assist clients with membership association with any of these veteran organization.
